Laguna Laughter Club

You are welcome to join us once or many times, whether you live here or are visiting.

See when and where we meet below.

Laguna is the first Laughter Club in the Western World to meet seven days a week!

Remember ~ Laugh!

And the whole world laughs with you...

The Good News is that everyone can laugh! You don't need to be happy. You don't need to feel good first. You don't even need a sense of humor. Any time is a good time to share a laugh.

LOCATION - The Laguna Laughter Club gathers daily on the sand at the northernmost end of "Main Beach" in Laguna Beach (Pacific Coast Highway at Broadway/Route133). If the tide is low enough, we go as far north as the sand opposite Bird Rock, below the Gazebo of Heisler Park (381 W. Cliff Dr., off PCH near the Laguna Art Museum and Las Brisas Restaurant). We meet rain or shine, holidays and every day.

After 10 to 15 minutes of socializing, the group does easy stretching, breathing exercises, and laughter practices, ending with a healthy guided relaxation.

All meetings are FREE, and everyone is welcome. Animals must obey leash laws; children must be supervised (kids usually need to play nearby, yet apart, when the grownups are relaxing).
