Anyone can laugh for twenty minutes without depending upon a sense of humor or comedy. No joke: there are 8000 Laughter Clubs worldwide, with 300,000 members.

Laughter Yoga is an evolution of body-mind medicine that combines simple laughter exercises and gentle yoga breathing to enhance health and happiness.

Laughter Club Meetings: Easy stretches, yogic breathing, laughter practices. Meetings often include Laughter Meditation (spontaneous, self-directed laughter) and Yogic Relaxation. Club meetings last about 45 minutes.
